Breaking Your Juice Fast

If you were doing a juice fast without solids, you may have encountered some healing reactions. Healing was more intense and you may not have those regular bowel movements due to a liquid diet. It is during your juice fast-cleanse that the flood of nutrients are doing their work of cleansing, repairing, healing and nourishing. When you break your juice fast and start eating solid foods breaking with fruits and vegetables, the fiber will start to move old fecal encrustations that were 'softened' and loosened by your juices, cleaning out your digestive tract.
